The image is a sugar nellie manga coloured with promarkers and cut with nesties the flowers are cut with the retro flower punch and x-cut punch the die cuts were then run through the stylised flowers embossing folder the ribbon is from stash and the adhesive gems are kanban the paper is brenda pinnick.

Dress Tights and Hairbow: Turquoise, Cool Aqua

passion for promarkers

This weeks challenge at passion for promarkers is set by Sarah B and is the colour combo Emerald and Marine and to make something other than a card, well i can tell you i'm a card girl all the way so creating something else got me in a bit of a tizz, never mind the colours, and this is what i came up with ....

i got the template from splitcoast stampers here and it's so easy to make with just 1 sheet of A4 card,

the card is from the papermill, the design paper is brenda pinnick, the flowers i stamped using emerald and marine promarkers instead of ink , the sentiment and flower stamp are both woodware, the sentiment tag is cut with a nestie. the flowers are prima and cut with a retro punch and the roses wildorchidcrafts, the roses i've also coloured with the emerald and marine promarkers, the ribbon, which was originally peach coloured , is from my stash and has been coloured with the emerald promarker, the scalloped border punch is ek success and the pearls are papermania.

potty over polka dots

This weeks challenge at Passion for promarkers is a free colour choice with the theme of polka dots and was chosen by the very talented Debbi

for this card i used an image from the new magnolia kit and coloured her with my promarkers and cut with the new blossom two nesties, the design papers are bloom and grow by my minds eye, the ribon is from my stash and the border punch is martha stewart doily, the pearls are papermania & the green card is from the papermill.

passion for promarkers blog hop

Today we are celebrating the release of the new promarker colour range and myself and the rest of the design team were very lucky to have got hold of a set each before the release day, thank you Simon x, we've been having a play with these gorgeous colours and decided to have a blog hop to celebrate we have a fabulous prize for one lucky winner you really dont want to miss it.

SallyAnn very kindly gave all the design team a digi download to create their cards with this week, she has some gorgeous images and it was a hard choice to make but i finally settled on 'milly with flowers'

i've had to change the paper i normally use for this card as my usual card from the papermill would not go in my printer Grrrrr !!! so i used IQ smooth from staples and after a bit of practice to get used to it i am quite liking it . the image is colored with my promarkers and cut with nesties the papers are forever friends , the edges have been inked with distress ink and the flowers cut with a retro punch the brads are papermania the spacers from ebay the pearls are papermania, the ribbon is from my stash and the charm was a rak from a friend x the martha stewart doily punch has also had an outing .

The Promarker colours used are:

Mouse: Sandstone and Cinnamon

Dress: Blue pearl and Cornflower

Flowers: Lemon and Blue Pearl

Basket: Cinnamon

This weeks challenge is 'Glittery and Girly' and is set by the lovely Caryn and we are sponsored this week by

For this card i used one of my new Anya's, i love this set, the papers are basic grey 'lemonade' the image coloured with my promarkers and cut with nesties the flowers are prima and the roses are wildorchidcrafts, the velevet ribbon was originally white but i coloured it with my maroon promarker, the border punch is martha stewart doily punch and the gems are kanban.

Sorry about the blurry photo the lighting wasn't to good and my camera just didn't want to play i must have taken about 20 shots and this was the best of a bad bunch:{
